Golden blonde abbey ale (yeast-fermented), generous foamy white head with tight bubbles. Rich and complex aroma, aromatic hops on the nose with rounded malt which remains reasonably fresh. Full-bodied flavour with aromatic hops and yeast, pleasant slight acridness, mild spicy flavours. Good beer with bags of character. Lively blonde beer, top-fermented, some bottle conditioning so as to produce a lively beer with an aromatic bouquet and hoppy taste.
