Spicy aromas of coriander and, lighter, citrus on the nose followed by notes of malts and yeast. In the mouth, coriander is always there with a hoppy bitterness. Then comes the heat of the alcohol. The whole is dry enough in the end with refreshing touches on bitterness. No doubt, we are in the presence of a Belgian tripel!
- The look : Beautiful translucent gold color topped with a thick foam with good bubbles.
- The smell : We navigate between the floral hops and citrus bark.
- The taste : Elegant, the hops bear the whole but it remains strong with the fruity taste.
